Black History Month Celebrates Owetta McNeil

This year’s theme for Black History Month is “The Black Family.” We honor Owetta McNeil, our 82-year-young matriarch of the Park Hill neighborhood. No one understands the meaning of family, both her immediate family, and the greater extended “community family” that she has nurtured and raised throughout her 53 years in Park Hill, than Ms. Owetta.
